Shelter in place AVAILABLE services

Stage one: 

Shelter in place is at its highest during stage one. During this time trainers must work from home . We have modified services still available.

Services Available

• Video/Phone calls 
• Board and train( phone consult mandatory prior to drop off) Clients may not enter home of trainer during stage one  
• preregistering for in person lesson/group and get free Zoom lesson while you wait.
• If you preregister and shelter in place is extended you will get an additional free zoom call every time there is an extension.

Stage 2: 

 Creating opportunities for lower risk sectors to adapt and re-open.

Currently under stage 2 there is no change to the services we can provide

• Video/phone will continue 
• Board and train( phone consult mandatory prior to drop off) Clients may not enter home of trainer during stage two
• Group class: Canceled until further notice Availability  for preregister will be made available starting May 30th in hopes of a more relaxed stage 2 or even stage 3 
• preregistering for in person lesson/group and get free Zoom lesson while you wait. ask about free online class when you call 510-931-9257

Stage 3: Tentative plan additional service

• Continue to make remote training available to our clients
• Consults will be done remotely when possible i.e. zoom or In home Lessons: when necessary trainers will go to your home or park near your home and train out side. Trainers will not enter homes during stage 3
• Private lessons near your home or at a park outside 
• Board and train will continue 
• Group class size will be reduced, outside, and follow social distancing 
• Trainer will follow social distancing and be provided access to hand washing or other method to sanitize hand,and  wear face covering 
• These are tentative measures subject to change provided information and guidelines by local state and national officials
